They do not allow customer drive into the accomondateion even under the heavy rainy weather condition. Center parcs not only beat customers during disruption but also deduct the money which they should return to the customer.

When we asked for more we were told we had to buy it. Bread was suppose to be delivered to our cottage each morning. There was lots of white fluffy bread stuff, which no one in our group was eating.
We requested they stop providing the fluffy white, and just send the whole-wheat crusty rolls. What was delivered was just the white fluffy.
We checked on our request. It was written clearly. The next morning there was no bread delivered! Each sleeping spot was provided 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for the whole week.
